Rodenburg wins “De Groene Pluim”
The government in The Netherlands has set a goal: by 2050 the circular economy must be a reality. An ambitious plan, as currently, we still use our raw materials and fossil fuels too often as if they are inexhaustible. Rodenburg Biopolymers is contributing also on a local and regional level.

The concept of a circular economy recognises the importance of the economy needing to work effectively at all scales – for large and small businesses, for organisations and individuals, globally and locally. WINNER “DE GROENE PLUIM”
Rodenburg Biopolymers are the proud winners of “De Groene Pluim”. An award initiated by the provinces Brabant and Zeeland, to reward sustainable businesses. CIRCULAR ECONOMY IN BRABANT – DUTCH DESIGN WEEK
The Dutch Design Week is the biggest design event in Northern Europe. It presents work and ideas of more than 2600 designers and creates a platform for innovation. The province of Noord-Brabant created a so called Living Lab. Where companies and citizens were invited to talk about circular economy. We were part of it and had the honour to receive the book “Brabant in beweging in kringlopen”, handed to us by deputy Bert Pauli. With the recognition and our contribution to the circular economy. FUTURE TALKS: NOMINATED FOR BUSINESS KEETJE AWARD
Future Talks has nominated Rodenburg Biopolymers for the Business Keetje 2018 award. A reward for innovative companies in Oosterhout. We landed second, but are as proud to receive the recognition for our innovative products by the municipality of Oosterhout.
