Code of conduct

We work according the principles of the Ethical Trading Initiative and follow the ETI Base Code of labour practice. This code is based on the standards of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and is an internationally recognised code of labour practice.

ESF subsidy

Rodenburg is proud to have been promised ESF Sustainable Employability grant for our project aimed at the sustainable employability of our employees. In this project, in which Rodenburg employees are actively involved, we are supported by an expert external advisor.
